Thayer Nursery's Outdoor Craftsman is a full-service landscape contractor that installs and maintains the finest residential landscapes. Founded in 1965 by the late Robert C. Oldfield, we are proud to be the second generation to own and operate in Milton. Josh Oldfield , a graduate of Milton High School and Kimball Union Academy, followed in his father's footsteps and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Design from the University of Maine, Orono. The experience of literally 'growing up' at the Nursery combined with his UMAINE education has enabled Thayer Nursery to grow its portfolio of clients through not only Milton, but also the South Shore, MetroWest and beyond. We pride ourselves on consistent craftsmanship that exceeds our customer's expectations. Our skilled team of landscape professionals has delivered the highest quality and best value for our clients.
